UGPLOL Race Report

Tonight we raced for 15 laps on the combined 1922 road course and 1955 oval (made extra wide) of Circuito di Milano (a.k.a. Monza). I was concerned going in that I wouldn't have the power in the Ferrari I was fated to drive for finishing fourth last week. I knew I had to do something different. So I downloaded two alien setups -- wicked ramp angles that make a car very loose and ultra responsive to throttle input. I adjusted the brake bias back to having more brake in front than the rear (never can figure out how aliens drive with rearward brake bias), and used the gear ratios for one on the other (for the other was more comfortable to drive, but I didn't like where the shift points were). I knew that getting out of the turns, I'd be good, but to make up for the Ferrari's lack of power, I had to have something that could get into the turns quick, and hope I could hold onto it. I did...

Non c'è bolide par' all'atomico! FERRARI È VITTORIOSO!

My average speed for the race was 160.2 mph!
